I love Art Deco and I have been fortunate enough to visit Asia a number of times and have seen so many beautify paintings and works of art. This necklace is inspired from the 1920’s who took inspiration from Asian art.
The leather swan has been layered up to give it a more 3-dimensional effect and then hand coloured using acrylic paint. Gold accents are added to the beak and leg area to give it more of an elegant feel.
This necklace is made using off cuts of leather and can be made using a 18" leather cord or a silver plated curb chain.
The swan disc measures 8cm in diameter. The necklace measures 20’ in total including the swan disc.
